OVERVIEW 

Festival branding for Shaky Knees Music Festival in Atlanta, Georgia investigating how typography can shape an event and engage with a broader audience by developing a typographic identity. The identity of the festival name reflects the music festival genre and is used throughout popular authentic sub-cultures and album covers of the times. The color palette aims to stray from stereotypical colors associated with rock such as cyan, black, and red, opting for colors more relevant to the garage-band aesthetic.
